The Next 35 Years of K-12 Ed Reform

In 1983, The National Commission on Excellence in Education published A Nation at Risk, setting off decades of educational reform efforts. 36 years later, Diane Ravich and others have declared the reform movement dead. Does the future look like 1950 plus 10% charters? If not, we need to set a clear roadmap to a compelling place.
