The Gallup organization in partnership with leading economists, psychologists, and other acclaimed scientists has uncovered the common elements of well-being that transcend countries and cultures. Their research reveals the universal elements of well-being that differentiate a thriving life from from one spent struggling. This panel convenes leaders from the Cajon Valley Union School District and their non-profit and business partners who are supporting the district as it deploys the mission and purpose of creating hope in all students by developing happy kids in healthy relationships on a path to gainful employment and prepared to access the core dimensions that lead to well-being.
