At OneTen,Debbie has set the strategic direction for a national skills-first movement that unites Fortune 500 employers, talent developers, credentialing organizations and community-based partners. Under her leadership, this coalition is creating a powerful and more accessible talent ecosystem.

Debbie's enduring passion for advocacy and philanthropy is evident throughout her career and personal life. At ADP, she served as executive sponsor for business resource groups, including Women in Leadership, and has placed significant emphasis on empowering and investing in women globally. She is an avid supporter of youth education and is a board member of Envoy Global, the NewJersey Performing Arts Center and Teach for America New Jersey.
