Kai-leé Berke

Kai-leé Berke is a lifelong educator and co-founder of Vera, an ed tech company leveraging innovation in child voice technology to streamline and simplify the early literacy assessment process. Building on her long-standing belief that assessment should be both invisible to the child and the teacher, Kai-leé is focused on voice enabled literacy assessment so children can get the intervention and instructional support they need, at a time when they need it most.

Prior to founding Vera, Kai-leé was the co-founder and CEO of Noni Educational Solutions. She also served for several years as the CEO of Teaching Strategies. She is a nationally known early childhood expert and an author and creator of numerous widely used early education classroom solutions. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Heggerty and TeachTown.
