
Dr. Annie Hale is Executive Director of Action Lab at EdPlus, Arizona State University—an impact hub where data, research, and design converge to drive transformational change in education. A strategist and coalition-builder, she equips leaders with sharp, evidence-based insights that translate into action, improving access, achievement, and the quality of learning at scale.
With more than a decade at ASU, Annie has led large-scale research initiatives, developed university-wide solutions, and taught across undergraduate and graduate programs. Her work centers on understanding learner behavior and removing barriers to success through innovative, human-centered approaches to digital learning and teaching. She is known for seamlessly moving ideas from concept to execution, building interdisciplinary teams that co-create insights and deliver measurable impact.
