Connor Harrington is Chief Executive Officer and a company owner of Kuder, where he leads the company’s vision to design and deliver custom career development solutions that scale. At the intersection of education, workforce, and public policy, Connor champions a systems-level approach by partnering with states, districts, higher education institutions, and federal agencies to build tailored career readiness ecosystems that drive measurable outcomes. Under his leadership, Kuder has strengthened its ability to configure technology, professional learning, and implementation strategy to meet the distinct needs of each partner while maintaining the infrastructure, data architecture, and operational discipline required to support large, complex deployments. Connor’s focus is not simply on product delivery, but on building scalable frameworks and partnerships that expand access to high-quality career development across entire regions and populations. He leads Kuder’s Executive Council and executive team in aligning innovation, partner success, and growth strategy around long-term impact. As executive sponsor for Kuder’s largest partnerships, Connor works directly with senior leaders to translate policy goals into sustainable, data-informed career pathways that connect individuals to education and workforce opportunities. In 2024, Connor launched the Institute for Career Advising and Development (ICAD), extending Kuder’s commitment to strengthening the career advising profession through expanded credentials, course offerings, and flexible learning formats, ensuring that scalable systems are matched by highly prepared practitioners. Connor actively contributes to organizations, including Advance CTE, Vistage, EPIXC, and the Iowa Association of Business and Industry. Prior to becoming CEO, he served in multiple executive roles at Kuder, including Chief Revenue Officer, and previously worked in EdTech with Collegis Education. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas.
