Dr. Erica Roberts

Dr. Erica Roberts is the Business Development Lead and Senior Consultant for Social Services at BestFit, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for driving outreach efforts and maintaining the sales pipeline. She leads partnerships, fosters relationships, and plays a pivotal role in expanding BestFit’s impact within the social service and higher education sectors.

Additionally, Dr. Roberts consults on domain-specific issues relating to higher education and social service provision. As a subject-matter expert, she ensures that BestFit’s products remain relevant and effective, contributing to ongoing research and development efforts. Her expertise helps maintain product fidelity and optimize BestFit’s solutions for eligibility determination, case management, and client services.

With over 10 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program design, and social services, Dr. Roberts has successfully led federal- and state-funded workforce programs, including WIOA, SNAP E&T, and REO. She serves as the primary contact and coordinator for BestFit’s nonprofit fiscal sponsor relationships. Roberts’ diverse experience allows her to bridge business development and consulting with deep insights into social service and education systems, making her a critical asset to BestFit’s innovative team.
