Jacqueline Kronk serves as Chief Strategy Officer at the Indiana Department of Education, where she leads the development and execution of a cohesive, statewide strategy aligning K–12, higher education, and workforce systems into a unified education-to-career pipeline. In addition to driving system-level strategy, she oversees statewide communications and philanthropic engagement—ensuring clear, consistent messaging and strategic investments are aligned to Indiana’s top education priorities. Her work focuses on connecting policy, funding, partnerships, and data to improve student outcomes at scale across all 92 counties, while mobilizing cross-sector stakeholders to accelerate progress.

Prior to joining the department, Jacqueline served as CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northern Indiana Corridor, leading significant regional growth and strengthening connections between out-of-school programming and broader educational and workforce outcomes. Her global experience includes leading a social enterprise in Cambodia focused on community-based economic empowerment. She holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and is a lifelong Hoosier. Jacqueline and her husband, Adam, are raising their four children—Sorin, Leo, Teddy, and Siena.
