Michael Lisovski

Michael is a seasoned technology leader with a track record of building high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and delivering scalable digital products across EdTech, InsurTech, and media.

At Novakid, he leads engineering strategy and execution for the learning platform across web and mobile, partnering closely with product and design to ship student- and teacher-facing experiences. He also drives AI initiatives that enhance learning outcomes and engagement, including conversational and voice-enabled capabilities.

Previously, Michael was CTO at TRU Risk, an InsurTech startup building a digital risk management platform for insurers and enterprise customers, and held senior technology roles at Irish national broadcaster RTÉ.
