
Patricia Levesque is the CEO of the Foundation for Excellence in Education, a national education policy organization and also Executive Director of ExcelinEd in Action, a national advocacy organization. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in education policy and public service, Patricia serves on the board of Khan Academy and on advisory boards for Harvard University’s Center for Education Policy Research and the Hoover Education Success Initiative Practitioner Council. She has previously served on the board of the Policy Innovators in Education (PIE) Network and participated in the Pahara-Aspen Education Fellowship. Patricia has worked in state leadership positions on education policy, including as deputy chief of staff for Florida Governor Jeb Bush and as a top education advisor for the Florida Legislature. She has served on the Florida Constitutional Revision Commission, the Florida Taxation & Budget Reform Commission and the Florida Government Efficiency Task Force. Patricia lives in Tallahassee, Florida, with her two children.
