
Renee Ilhardt is a Global Education Systems Partner for School Innovation Solutions & Pathways, who works with schools worldwide to design career-connected experiences aligned to high school career and technical pathways. Her work builds a clear progression from early exposure to deeper skill development through exploration, creativity, and real-world projects. Students develop problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills as they explore multiple career fields. She also partners with district leaders to align coursework, advising, and experiential learning. Renee Ilhardt is a Senior School Improvement and Innovation Solutions Manager with the International Baccalaureate Organization’s Education Systems Solutions department, bringing over 24 years of K-12 experience. In Miami-Dade County Public Schools, she served as an IB Diploma Programme Coordinator, National Board Certified Teacher, and District Supervisor for their Advanced Academic Programs, supporting 102 schools and advancing equity and access. She now designs evidence-based school improvement solutions and is pursuing a Doctor of Education focused on career and technical education.
