Opportunities in Skilling and Building a Future Ready Workforce

Over 80% of college graduates in India are estimated to be unemployable.  According to a recent study by Accenture, India stands to forego $1.87 Trillion in cumulative GDP growth over the next 10 years if skills don't catch up with job requirements. This panel will focus on the current and future skill needs of employers, outline key components needed for creating a "future ready" workforce and explore the role that online learning providers, staffing companies and employers can play in bridging the skill gap.  The panel will also explore the challenges in building scalable businesses in this space and provide insights on what works and what doesn't.
