Systemic Inequities in College to Career

Inequality in the workplace is pervasive. Against that backdrop, Pew Research Center analysis shows the “post-Millennial” generation is the most racially and ethnically diverse generation. As this younger generation is set to graduate into one of the worst job markets in recent memory, how do companies and higher education collaborate to ensure that issues of inequality are not perpetuated.
