University Innovation Leaders: Heroes of the Pandemic

The start of the pandemic in 2020 upended nearly everything around the world, but amidst all the upheaval, higher education carried on with barely a blip. Overnight, remote learning became the norm as schools quickly pivoted. Higher Ed CIOs and Digital Education leaders were the superheroes without capes. Whether working with ISPs to get students high-speed internet access or providing laptops to underserved students, they were the glue that kept higher education institutions together. And now they are taking this "crisitunity" to rethink technology systems to better serve today's students - and those of tomorrow - so schools can meet changing needs and be prepared for whatever comes next.
