In the US, women comprise over 60% of college graduates, 77% of teachers, 52% of principals, but less than 25% of superintendents and higher education leaders. And women earn $0.80 on the dollar vis-a-vis male counterparts. This panel will address the ways we are looking to remedy this inequity.
