As Chief People+Culture Officer at the USTA, Henry spearheads a dynamic and inclusive culture for a vibrant organization of 500+ employees, regional teams and volunteers, ensuring the USTA’s people strategy remains at the forefront of innovation and engagement in the sports industry.

Prior to the USTA, Henry led People strategy and execution at Sony Music Entertainment, driving talent initiatives across the US and Latin America for over 1000 employees. His distinguished career also includes impactful contributions at Time Inc., MTV Networks, and IBM.

Henry is a two-time Time Inc. President’s Award for strategy and innovation, and a SHRM-recognized HR Player to Watch. He holds an MBA from the MUMA School of Business (University of South Florida, Data & Analytics), a BS from NYU, and certifications in Change Management (SHRM), Compensation Planning + Practice (Stanford University).
