Adam Baker is the Deputy Headteacher (Academic) at Parmiter’s School in Hertfordshire. With 22 years of teaching experience, he has spent nearly 7 years in senior leadership roles. He is an ambitious and driven professional with a passion for innovation, professional development, and delivering high-quality education. Additionally, Adam is dedicated to promoting equity and diversity within the education sector. He holds a degree in Computer Science and a Master's in ICT in Education, which have equipped him to effectively implement changes in his school's digital strategy, enhance teaching and learning, and ensure that both staff and students remain at the forefront of technological advancements in education.
