Dr. Jeffrey Collier, Ed.D.

Dr. Collier, Michigan’s 2024 Superintendent of the Year, is a status quo disruptor who persistently challenges existing norms by asking, “What if, and why not?” He advocates thoughtful, innovative leadership designs that focus on breaking through barriers to build vibrant cultures of learning, partnership, and service with positive deviance. His North Star focus is to increase and advance positive opportunities and outcomes for as many children as possible.
