Dr. Paul Marty

Paul F. Marty, Ph.D., is Professor in the School of Information in the College of Communication and Information, and Associate Vice Provost for Academic Innovation at Florida State University, where he works to coordinate, communicate, and facilitate efforts among campus stakeholders to foster an environment that encourages and supports academic innovation. Dr. Marty helps faculty, staff, and students think strategically about how they can proactively adopt innovative ideas and respond effectively to radical change, integrate new approaches for improving higher education more effectively and efficiently, and streamline the university's efforts to engage with academic innovation across campus.
