Dr. Samantha Steidle is an Assistant Professor of Management and Director of the AI Sandbox, a generative AI lab focused on building applied AI capabilities, in the Davis College of Business and Economics at Radford University. Her research examines AI-driven workforce disruption, upskilling strategies across in-demand industries, and the broader organizational and societal implications of artificial intelligence.Her teaching style emphasize experiential, applied learning, engaging participants in solving real business challenges through hands-on AI integration. Designed for non-technical professionals, her programs focus on practical ways organizations can adopt generative AI to improve decision-making, productivity, and innovation.Dr. Steidle brings a practitioner’s perspective to AI education. She's co-launched seven entrepreneurial spaces, including incubators, coworking hubs such as CoLab, and RAMP, a technology and life-science accelerator. Her experience across civic, corporate, and entrepreneurial sectors provides a cross-sector perspective on how generative AI can address complex challenges across industries and communities.Dr. Steidle earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from Radford University, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, and a Ph.D. from Old Dominion University.
