Gemma Alldritt
Director of the Learning Institute, Severn Academies
Gemma Alldritt is an Acting Deputy Head and Director of the Learning Academy for the Severn Academies Educational Trust (SAET). A passionate advocate for research-informed practice, Gemma integrates technology with pedagogy through her leadership in the National PedTech Programme. She also has a commitment to inclusivity and leads this passion through her role as the co-chair of the ASCL's Neuroinclusive Leadership Community. With an M.Ed, NPQH, and status as an Evidence Leader for Education (ELE), she combines strategic leadership with a deep commitment to community-driven change. Gemma is also a certified ADHD Coach, Google Coach, and Canva Ambassador.
