Mark Bland

Mark Bland is Executive Head at Griffin Schools Trust, a 13-school Multi-Academy Trust in London, where he leads the Trust’s Digital Strategy and an AI pilot programme in partnership with Google. With nearly 30 years of experience in education, he has led three secondary schools on significant improvement journeys. A former Head of Mathematics with an MA in Educational Management and Leadership, Mark brings both analytical rigour and a deep commitment to equitable, future-ready education. He is also Chair of Trustees at The Brandon Centre, a mental health charity for young people.
