Ajay Vishwakarma joins ASU+GSV as Partner Services Manager, bringing over six years of experience in customer success and operational management across the EdTech and tech sectors. Ajay has held multiple leadership roles at prominent EdTech companies, including his most recent position as Senior Customer Success Manager at Coding Invaders, where he led efforts to streamline support operations, improve service delivery, and implement data-driven strategies that contributed to revenue growth and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Prior to Coding Invaders, Ajay held key roles at Lido Learning and The Queen’s English, where he focused on reducing incident rates, boosting customer retention, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. His experience managing large teams and overseeing customer success initiatives has consistently resulted in optimized customer journeys and improved performance metrics.
