Cynthia Montalvo is the Senior Partner Services Manager for the ASU+GSV Summit, where she leverages her deep expertise in event management and partnership activation to drive high-impact experiences. With a strong track record of scaling events through innovative brand activations, Cynthia excels at designing strategies that enhance event quality, boost engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Prior to joining ASU+GSV, Cynthia held key roles at Quorum Analytics, where she led the planning and execution of strategic events, building strong industry relationships and increasing brand visibility. She also played a pivotal role at The Brookings Institution, managing donor engagement and overseeing large-scale events such as Council and International Advisory meetings. Her ability to collaborate across teams and streamline processes has been instrumental in delivering successful events throughout her career.
Cynthia graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Sustainability from Drew University and is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP). She resides in Washington, D.C., with her partner and their dog, Nugget. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, live music, crossword puzzles, and exploring the vibrant D.C. food scene.
