Jessica’s career began in the Philippine government, where she served for over a decade as Payroll Officer at DENR, managing compensation for a large number of employees. She later expanded her HR and payroll expertise in the U.S. private sector in 2023, supporting nationwide teams in compliance, data management, and reconciliation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management, and is a Civil Service Professional Passer.Currently serving as Manager, People Operations at GSV, Jessica builds on her payroll expertise to support benefits administration, payroll compliance, and employee engagement. Known for her strong analytical and critical thinking skills, she is committed to delivering operational excellence and contributing to organizational success.
