Jodi Stuart

Jodi joins the GSV family as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. She has spent 25 years at Pearlmark Real Estate Partners in Chicago, most recently as Managing Director. She was responsible for oversight of the firm's accounting and finance activities, including investor reporting and financial analysis, and was a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Prior to joining Pearlmark in 1999, Jodi was a Senior Accountant in the Audit Department at Deloitte & Touche, where she was responsible for auditing and consulting work on several real estate clients, including Heitman and Brauvin Real Estate.

Jodi earned a BS from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
