Nicole Serrano

Nicole is a Senior Social Media Manager at GSV with over seven years of marketing experience.Previously, she spent five years at Course Hero, honing her skills in social media, content marketing, and integrated operations, collaborating closely with design and growth marketing teams.

Prior to that, she worked in the nonprofit sector and with startups in real estate investment and sustainable transportation. Nicole's innovative strategies drove brand engagement and growth.

Nicole graduated from California Polytechnic University - San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, working closely with the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship.

Based in San Diego, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
