Announcing the 2026 GSV Cup 50!

Out of 3,000 record-breaking nominations, EdTech’s brightest stars of tomorrow have emerged. We’re proud to announce the 2026 GSV Cup 50, presented by AWS and GSV Ventures and supported by Pearson—recognizing 50 early stage startups poised to transform learning and earning for years to come.

This year’s global-first cohort embodies a catalytic fusion of purpose and potential—spanning five continents and serving learners, earners, educators, and employers worldwide. With 60% built for global markets, these companies are headquartered across the United States, Iceland, Australia, Switzerland, India, Norway, and more. By sector, 38% serve PreK–12, 16% higher education, and 20% workforce and adult learning, with 26% operating across multiple points on the PreK to Gray continuum.

Collectively, the startups have raised more than $177 million and represent over $264 million in disclosed valuation, with some already reporting up to $10 million in ARR. Teams span from three founders to 40-person organizations, reflecting rapid scaling across the group. Sixty percent of companies are led by underrepresented founders, including 34% with women founders and 44% led by founders of color.
