International enrollments in the U.S., Canada, the UK, and Australia face mounting pressure from less welcoming immigration policies and the growing strength of higher education providers in emerging markets. As visa constraints and political rhetoric intensify, many institutions are experiencing double-digit declines in international enrollment and associated revenue losses. The discussion focuses on durable approaches to international engagement in a more constrained, bordered world.
