This session invites participants to explore their roadmap to joy as a best practice for themselves as well as for those they serve and support. Beyond self-care, we must consider community care and collective care in education while also leveraging the power of AI as a wellbeing co-pilot. Our educators are not renewable resources, and a dysregulated adult cannot regulate a dysregulated child. How might we create the time and space to allow educators to be their authentic selves as they feel, deal, and be real about the challenges in the field today? The solution is a revolution in workplace well-being.
