As AI rapidly enters classrooms, the conversation is shifting from tools to transformation. One of the most important emerging concepts is agentic AI—AI that supports students not just in completing tasks, but in thinking, creating, and taking ownership of their learning.
This session introduces Agentic AI in a practical, education-focused way, designed specifically for district leaders, curriculum directors, and innovation teams. Rather than focusing on technical complexity, the session explores how agentic AI can enable student voice, agency, and co-creation within curriculum and instruction.
Through real examples and guided discussion, participants will examine how learning experiences can shift from teacher-directed delivery to collaborative design—where students actively shape what and how they learn. The session will also explore the conditions required at the system level, including instructional models, leadership alignment, and responsible implementation practices.
Attendees will reflect on their current approach to curriculum and identify opportunities to integrate AI in ways that enhance—not replace—human-centered learning. The goal is to move beyond experimentation toward intentional design that supports engagement, ownership, and deeper learning.
Participants will leave with a clear understanding of what agentic AI means in practice and how it can be leveraged to build more responsive, student-centered learning environments.
