Navigating a Hybrid Future in Education and Work: In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the postsecondary education landscape and the workplace experienced an unprecedented shift. As institutions grappled with the sudden surge in remote learning and work, a divided landscape emerged, with advocates for full in-person return and proponents of a permanent virtual shift. Drawing upon insights from National University's expertise in remote learning and successful models at companies like Deloitte, this session proposes a nuanced approach. Instead of an all-or-nothing outlook, we advocate for a blended world of learning and earning. This session will explore lessons learned during the pandemic, dissecting what worked in both virtual and in-person settings, and how blended learning and earning can become a catalyst for personal and professional growth in the digital age.
