Does Anyone Want Your LER Technology? Survey Says…

We asked jobseekers this question - do you use digital credentials?  JFF Labs and Morning Consult conducted a survey of jobseekers in the US to ask them about their perceptions and use of digital credentials, digital wallets, and other learning and employment records (LER) infrastructure technology.
