Expanding the Spectrum of Opportunity with Apprenticeships and Work-Based Learning

Of the 167 million people in the U.S. workforce, 62% do not have a postsecondary degree–meaning that 103 million people are not being fully recognized for the talent and skill they’ve already developed through work. In this session, learn why work-based learning opportunities, such as apprenticeships, are a solution opportunity for higher education and employers and how they can be scaled to serve learners.
