Aarushi Jain

Aarushi is a Partner at the law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. She heads the Education practice at the firm. Over the years, Aarushi has been advising clients – in Pre-k, K-12, Higher Ed and Ed-Tech space on legal, regulatory and policy issues. She regularly works on cross-borders arrangements in the education space. Her experience with foreign and Indian educational institutes includes advising them on their India operations, including on structuring, corporate, IP and regulatory issues, TNE partnerships, collaborations, joint ventures and other such arrangements. She has also authored several thought leadership articles on legal and regulatory issues in education.
