Aarushi Jain

Aarushi Jain is a lawyer and a partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. She heads the Media, Education and Gaming Practice verticals at the firm. Aarushi has extensive experience in advising clients on varied legal, commercial and regulatory issues in the education space. Over the years, she has advised several K-12 schools, Indian and Foreign Universities, and EdTech platforms on structuring India operations, regulatory compliances, education law advisory matters, brand protection, IP and data protection issues, franchising, licensing, collaboration, pathways, joint ventures and acquisition deals. She also supports clients on pre-litigation and dispute advisory mandates.
