Adam Nordin

Adam is a Partner in the Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group in Investment Banking. He also serves as the Co-Head of Technology coverage in the Cross Markets Group, focused on high-growth technology companies. Adam joined Goldman Sachs as a Partner in 2018. Adam brings more than 30 years of transactional experience and has advised on hundreds of M&A and capital markets transactions in various regions over his career, including North America, South America, EMEA and Asia. Areas of specialization include vertical software, information services, and data analytics. Prior to investment banking, Adam started his career as an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis. Adam earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees with distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and a JD with honors from the University of Michigan Law School.
