Adam leads Goldman Sachs’ Education Technology & Services practice as well as the broader growth company practice within the Technology Group, focusing on software, consumer internet, and information data analytics business models. Adam brings more than 25 years of banking experience and has advised on hundreds of transactions in various regions globally, including North and South America, Europe, the UAE, India, China, Southeast Asia and Australia/NZ. Core practice areas include M&A, IPOs and other equity instruments, and public and private credit transactions. Adam grew up near Detroit and began his career at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago before transitioning to investment banking. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees with distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and a JD with honors from the University of Michigan Law School.
