Alex Peng

Since January 2022, Dr. Alex Peng has served as the President of TAL Education, where he guides the company's global business initiatives and international footprint. Prior to taking on this role, he was the General Manager of Business Strategy in Microsoft’s Greater China Region from 2011 to 2020. His extensive strategic experience also includes a ten-year tenure as a consultant and partner at McKinsey & Company in Beijing. Alongside his professional endeavors, he serves on the board of trustees for the International School of Beijing. Dr. Peng earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Harvard University and holds a doctorate in mathematics from Princeton University.
