Allison Bailey

Allison Bailey is a Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Global Vice Chair of BCG’s People & Organization Practice. She has led efforts to build BCG’s Public Sector and Education businesses and has worked extensively on strategy, agile, digital capabilities, growth, organization design, transformation, and M&A.Previously, Allison held leadership roles on BCG’s North America management team and Women@BCG, driving initiatives to support and advance women at the firm. As a Fellow with BCG’s Henderson Institute, she researched how digital forces are reshaping education across primary, secondary, and post-secondary levels.Before BCG, Allison worked in corporate finance at Banker's Trust and at the World Bank (IFC), focusing on privatization in Eastern Europe.
