Althea Webber is a Senior Program Officer on the U.S. Programs, Pathways team. Her work is focused on technology-enabled solutions for learning and credit mobility.
Prior to the foundation, Althea was director of strategy at the College Board where she led organization-wide initiatives at the intersection of data, technology, and college access. Before that, Althea led research and evaluation for college access, success, and workforce development programming at the City University of New York’s (CUNY) Central Office. Althea has a Master of Public Administration from Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs and a B.A. in history from Middlebury College.
