Alyson Cadman, DPT, OCS Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness | Confluent Health Alyson Cadman is an enterprise talent and learning leader with over a decade of experience building the systems, programs, and cultures that help people grow - from frontline clinicians to senior leaders. As Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Confluent Health, a national healthcare organization with nearly 9,000 employees across 30+ states, she architects the learning and leadership infrastructure that connects individual development to organizational performance at scale. Her approach blends rigorous data and measurement with human-centered design - building learning ecosystems that are both strategically grounded and genuinely engaging for the people inside them. Before moving into enterprise L&D, Alyson practiced as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and led multi-site clinical teams - an experience that shaped her belief that the best learning happens closest to the work. She holds a DPT from Youngstown State University, an Orthopedic Certified Specialist designation, and completed an Executive Coaching and Organizational Development program at UT Dallas. A frequent conference presenter and executive facilitator, Alyson is known for translating complex organizational challenges into practical, scalable solutions - and for asking the uncomfortable questions that lead to better ones.
