For over 25 years, Amanda Willard has been a Human Resource leader, with a specific focus on Talent Acquisition. Her teams have staffed more than 10,000 roles annually and have pioneered innovative Talent Acquisition practices such as Alumni campaigns, competitive search engine marketing, and video interviewing pre-pandemic. Amanda has been recognized for leading high-caliber talent acquisition teams at J.P. Morgan Chase, T-Mobile and Amazon. In her current role at Amazon she is developing workforce strategies to support current and future needs within the Reliability & Engineering Maintenance Team. Amanda has been delighted to work with Talent Acquisition Leaders throughout the nation and the Hire Opportunity Collation in developing new programs that create meaningful career pathways for Opportunity Youth. Amanda has been a featured speaker at the SHRM National Convention, LinkedIn Talent Connect and Talent Board Conferences. In addition to her extensive background as a Talent Acquisition Leader, Amanda has earned her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certification along with a Bachelors in Communication and an MBA. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with my husband and daughter. Favorite activities include playing board games, spending lots of time outside and watching movies. When she is not hanging out with her family you can find her enjoying the 3Rs: running, reading and resting.
