Anand Sudarshan

Anand Sudarshan is the Founder & Director of Sylvant Advisors Private Limited. His focus is predominantly in the education & healthcare sectors, where he has spent a bulk of the last two decades advising universities, institutions & enterprises (and financial institutions, such as Anand Rathi Advisors), and working on a wide range of areas especially those relating to education technologies & policies. He has worked with several governmental committees over the years, both at the Central & State levels.He is presently a member of the Governing Body of BML Munjal University and Chairman of Littlemore Innovation Labs, a Singapore-based company transforming descriptive examinations into fully digital, paperless processes. He is also a Board Member of PALGenie Technologies. Anand served as an independent director at NIIT Limited until March 2024, and was earlier Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of Manipal Global Learning.Earlier, Anand was, for over two decades, a part of the Indian Information Technology sector, principally as a founding member of Microland Group; and later leading global business of a US corporation as its President.He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT Tiruchirapalli, and a PGDM (equivalent to MGA) from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, India.
