Andy Hyde

Andy Hyde is a Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group and leads the BCG U Vantage Team, the knowledge engine behind BCG’s global upskilling business. He designs and scales enterprise learning programs on critical topics including AI, climate and sustainability, and leads advisory work on learning and development transformations, including BCG’s Learning Advantage offer.

Andy specializes in learning design, learning science, and large-scale upskilling and reskilling. He has led the development of flagship programs such as BCG U’s Agile Accelerator, AI, and Climate and Sustainability offerings, and has supported organizations across industries in building digital learning strategies, launching capability-building programs, and evolving L&D operating models to support continuous learning at scale.

In addition to his role at BCG, Andy is a Teaching Fellow at Harvard. He was previously an Instructional Designer at Harvard Business School. He holds an Ed.M. from Harvard University and a B.A. from Brandeis University.
