Ann Wang is a founder, executive leader, and investor building category-defining companies at the intersection of artificial intelligence, human-centered design, and long-term social impact. She is the Founder and CEO of Oma – the first screen-free AI device for children ages 3–8, grounded in developmental science. Through conversation and storytelling, Oma unlocks imaginative, participatory play while helping children develop curiosity, creativity, and emotional self-regulation without screens. Ann serves as a Regent of the University of California, helping guide governance and long-term strategy for the nation’s leading public university system, and is a member of the UCLA Foundation Board of Directors. She is passionate about advancing the frontier of AI-powered learning tools and the future of education. Ann previously co-founded Enrou, a socially conscious online marketplace that invested in global artisans and sustainable communities, earning early backing from investors including Steve Case, Troy Carter, and Forbes after winning major startup pitch competitions. She later served as Chief Product Officer of Matter and Space. She has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, sits on the Delta Innovation Board and named one of the LA Business Journal’s “CEOs to Watch.”
