Anna Steffeney

Anna is Executive Director of FamTech.org, a group of over 200 companies, from early stage to series D, who have collectively raised over $1B dollars in venture capital funding to solve the needs of working families. Our goal as an organization is to increase the rate of innovation and scale within the care economy, by focusing on access to resources, awareness, and advocacy. Prior to FamTech.org, Anna founded a cloud-based software company LeaveLogic. After the birth of her two children—one born in Europe, the second born in the United States—the glaring difference in family leave policies prompted her to launch LeaveLogic. Anna led the company from initiation, funding, to successful acquisition.
