Annalisa Stonner is an educational leader with extensive experience designing meaningful learning opportunities that empower students to discover their unique identities. A former middle school science and gifted education teacher, she brings deep classroom expertise to her work supporting educators and shaping innovative learning environments. As a Real‑World Learning Instructional Coach for the Blue Springs R‑IV School District, Annalisa works to bring authentic, community‑connected experiences into classrooms so students can develop the skills, mindsets and dispositions they will need to be successful along any future pathway. Her work centers on helping teachers develop the capacity to create engaging, relevant learning experiences that recognize student strengths and prepares them for the real world.
