Aria Finger

For the past 15 years, Aria has worked at the intersection of the social impact, technology and commercial worlds. She is currently the Chief of Staff to Reid Hoffman, operating across his portfolio of investments, philanthropy, content efforts and more. Aria is also the co-host of the Possible Podcast, which focuses on how to create the brightest possible future for our world. Previously, she was CEO of DoSomething.org, a global not-for-profit with 5 million members in 131 countries. She is also the founder of DoSomething Strategic, a boutique consulting firm that helped clients like Nike, Google, and NRDC reach youth audiences.Aria is also a Board Director at Ameelio, a tech non-profit focused on ending mass incarceration, and a Board Observer at Opportunity@Work which focuses on rewiring the labor market so that people without college degrees can get the jobs they are qualified for.She graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Economics and has completed executive education programs at Stanford University, the Harvard Kennedy School and UVA.
