Ariel Hersch

Ariel is an Investment Director at SEEK investments, which is a $1.5b evergreen fund investing globally in the future of learning and work. He currently serves as a Board Member of Online Education Services, Manifest Global and as an observer on the Cadmus board. Ariel co-leads the funds thematic strategy and new investment efforts across thematics, with a particular focus on learning. Prior to SEEK Investments, Ariel spent 5 years leading marketplace strategy at SEEK (APAC’s leading jobs marketplace), working closely with product, AI and early stage investments. Ariel is a co-founder of a leading Australian social enterprise Fruit2work, which creates jobs for hundreds of people impacted by the justice system and has also worked at management consultancy Kearney and global engineering firm Jacobs. Ariel holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Commerce degrees from the University of NSW, graduating engineering with first class honours.
