Arshan Vakil

Arshan Vakil leads Open English's AI & Mobile Strategy across its products including the Open English product in South America, Spain & Turkey and the enguru app in India. Open English is one of the largest live English learning platforms globally with over 2 million students. Arshan is the founder of enguru, an English learning app in India which was acquired by Open English in 2022. Enguru has had over 40 million users across its android and JioPhone apps since its launch in 2015. Arshan also continues to lead enguru in India. He was included in the Forbes Asia 30 under 30 list in 2018 in the consumer technology category. He completed a dual degree in Engineering & Finance from Penn & Wharton.
