Ashley Chiampo

Ashley Chiampo has spent over 25 years helping people and organizations unlock their potential through transformative learning experiences. She has worked with CXOs and senior leaders across small private companies, international development organizations, and multi-billion-dollar enterprises across the world. As Chief Learning Officer at Emeritus, Ashley is a founding team member who built and scaled the design and delivery operations, reaching over 500,000 learners worldwide. She focuses on creating impactful learning experiences that drive real-world results. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the Asia School of Business in Kuala Lumpur, an affiliate of MIT. Before Emeritus, Ashley led New Global Mind, an executive coaching firm based in India and Singapore, and worked at the MIT Sloan School of Management. She is a seasoned executive coach and trained group facilitator. Earlier in her career, she was a management consultant at BCG and a mechanical engineer at PTC. Ashley holds an MBA from Wharton, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and a BA from Brown University.
